Damaged Goods

Jorein Couriers had a accident 31/07/2015. They were supposed to deliver stock to me the same day. No one took the time to let me know there was an accident. I phoned and Elsabe told me there will be no delivery. She delivered later that night damaged goods to me and demanded i opened the boxes in my drive way. My husband refused and invited them in. We all quickly checked and found 3 damaged bottles perfume. After I started unpacking I found 6 bottles damaged. They told me its not true. I had a meeting with Mnr Vd Linde and showed him the damaged bottles. He assured me ill get payout because the amount was not that much. Today is more than a month later and when I phone the office he refuses to talk to me or when he answers the phone and hear its me he let someone El's speak to me. I will not recommend Jorein Couriers to anyone. They do not take any responsibility for any actions from bad behaviour of Employees to damaged goods. Apparently from 260 clients i'm the only unhappy one. They actualy sent me a email now saying they made a payment. After I told them I was reporting them here. Also they assured me that they will not do any business with me. As if !!!
