Great customer service from Bronx shoes

Emailed pictures of my Bronx leather boots that was pulling loose and Faith Arendse rep**** within 15 minutes and had my new pair of boots delivered to me within 2 days, at my office. Thanks for the great customer service, you don't get that often these days. Very impressed!!
