They took stall mone...

They took stall money, then got canceled...then postponed to 10 months later....they say they paid some stall holders and ticket holders back, but now there isn't any money left to pay me and that I should wait until may 2025, after the new festival date, to get refunded....I don't think this is even legal...they refuse to respond except to say they understand my frustration...
