Zero customer service, inefficient personnel

<p>bought a stand on credit at Witbank in 2015. I have been requesting a monthly statement to be emailed or posted to me. Up and until today I haven't received it. I ask for it every single month! The lady I'm always communicating with is Landi. </p> <p>The stuff is inefficient! </p>
