WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ JOOSUBS

i bought a corner unit with recliners plus 2 wingback chairs from Joosubs in 2016(Cost me almost R30 000). Six months after purchase I experience some problems with couches. The lady I have reported the matter to isnt working there anymore. Earlier in February I have reported the matter again to Edward. My couches hasnt been collected as yet. Even tried the supplier Calgin but they said I must deal with Joosub directly. Problems with couches. Stitching loose & staples coming loose Recliner *****s came loose & lost its sponge firmness Wingbacks material are unravelling Uneven & not balanced when sitting 1 Leg broke because of this & we had to glue it wood are chipping off
