unsatisfied service from Joosubs southgate

I bought lounge suit in June 2017 and I qualified for a free gift worth R1200,on delivery of the suit the sales lady told me the cutlery sets(Gift sets)were still out of stock so I will have to wait until they get stock.I waited and kept calling them but no one is prepared to assist me,they keep on telling me stories and only if I called the store in Southgate. No one bothers to call me and give an update. Today is more than a year waiting for my free gift but between the Joosubs Southgate manager and the sales lady, nothing concrete is coming from them whereas it was advertised with a free gift of cutlery set in that catalogue. Very disappointed. If the branch cant assist is there a head office to forward the query
