Refund Problems

I paid R 6000, 00 deposit for a lounge suite,l had to wait for two months three weeks for it to be delivered. It was after l had made some inquiries that they told me about the problem of shipment. Finally they told me to come and choose some thing different,reason being they don't have what l had wanted,still on the different lounge suite l chose,was forced to accept something of a colour l did not like,so l told them to cancel the contract,they said they will refund me last week Saturday, but until today they have not refunded my money.
