Poor Service Delivery

I bought furniture from the shop and only to find that it was damaged, I have called the business ample times and sent an email to their warehouse department , still I received no assistance.This is frustrating as I cannot be storing damaged goods instead of uterlising them for the purpose I have purchased them for.
