Poor service and terrible communication

i bought a Bed at homeitalia by joosubs at west gate early March 2021 and after a week the Bed started to make a noise like something is broken, i reported to the Manager which up to date i have been promised that it will be replaced. every time i ask from March till today i get to be told they are still waiting for delivery. this is very terrible and Bad service. the bad have 2 years Guarantee and 15 Years warrantee but i never get any assistance. their service is terrible . they have no customer service , i have to visit the shop every time to get update no one bother to call or to even sms
