Joosubs south Gate Poor service No service

We bought a Bedroom Suite, Plasma Stand and Coffee table. This was the beginning of endless lies from Edwin the Store Manager at Joosubs South Gate, then we got messed around by the worst ever Customer Service Manager ( IDA is her name this is the QUEEN of BULL **** ) Ida the so called Customer Service Manager who makes appointments and doesn't show up and doesn't even have the decency to communicate she will not make the appointment she set up. This Ida let us go up and down to their factory to check the quality of the Bedroom suit which was to be replaced, this replacement Bedroom suite was worse than the set we sent back. Joosubs there's no such thing as Customer Service. This Ida lady has excuses you come to expect in Primary School. I have about six months left to pay off this said items which was never to my satisfaction and now they tell me the Bedroom Suite is discontinued and I should choose something else in their catalogue, now the Queen expects me to start a new two year cycle to pay for the replacement as they say the items I returned are discontinued and my replacement will cost more...… where is their Management to sort this problem, they made an appearance but did absolutely nothing to solve my problem, this is a store I would not recommend anyone buy anything from as they will take your money but should you have any issue with the product you purchase you will not get any satisfactory service from these people as they seem to be used to this process and they all LIE but the QUEEN is the Cherry on top who will call you and not even be aware of the fact you can hear her on the other side of the line while she is busy bad mouthing you who is the Customer. I really don't think I will get any satisfaction regarding this issue.
