JOOSUBS SOUTH GATE (EDWIN-STORE MANAGER),MY REFUND PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 6 chairs over 6 months ago & 4 only was delivered, was told to wait for stock from supplier, only to be told after months that the chairs are not available even form supplier, had to look at other chairs, alternative chairs were cheaper and store had to refund me R 850 odd, over a month ago I submitted my details for refund and to this day i have not received my money, on top of it the store does not call me to update i have to run after them.

2 things here, sitting with unmatching chairs and now refund will not be processed, I believe that i have been patient long enough and sensing that the store is bullying me.I need my money, if I do no have it by tomorrow I am escalating the matter even further, "I NEED MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT"
