horrific customer service

I bought a lenox couch, within a month the arm rest were broken , i went to report it they gave me run arounds saying they are waiting for the imported parts to arrive and that was a month back.they further blocked my line, preventing me to get hold of them.i have to take a taxi every weekend to check and get a report from them.the manager said that I starting to become an irritation and I should stop bothering them as im starting to annoy them.
