This store is *********** law abiding citizens... People must be careful when entering into a credit sale with them.

I bought furniture on credit from them on behalf of my mother, to the tune of R70000.00. Whom we had an agreement that she will pay the installments towards the said furniture.

Withing two months with the furniture, my mother cited monetary concerns and that she won't be able to make the said installments. That is when I asked her to go to the branch (Emalahleni branch) where the couches were purchased to ask if there is the possibility that the agreement can be rescinded and the shop takes back thier couches as they were still in plastics and were not used as they were in one of the living rooms in the house.

Instead of the shop giving me a call to arrange something with me the Son, who resides in Cape Town. They went and put a judgment on my name and subsequent of that they went to my mother's house and took back possession of the said couches.

7 years now down the line, and after numerous attempts to get my name off the ITC for furniture that I no longer have, the branch has now closed shop and the only number that I have keeps getting answered by ladies who cannot assist me in this regard and all they do is refer me to head office....I have been waiting for head office to call me since mid 2019 to try and find an immaculate resolution to this matter and thus far still nothing has happened which then caused me to loose out on a house that I was trying to purchase due to the judgment that they put on my name 7 years ago.

Now today yet again, I am trying to purchase a property and the same judgment has caused one of the banks to decline my request yet again citing that I must submit a letter from the shop that states that the items they repossessed and when I called the shop.. The same answers I got again citing that they can't do anything to assist me and that only head office can help me. Upon asking for a number from head office, I was told that I must wait for head office to call me back and again nothing has happened. Now the question to be asked is.... Where are the couches they repossessed as I am not willing to pay double for an item they already took possession off.
