bad attitude zero customer service

they have no customer service at all i went to a shop 20 June and i saw a lovey corn couch and they told me that if i want i can open an account with them no interest fee which i was interested so they take my details and start checking on the system which they said every thing it OK and we start completing the papers and thy said my couch will be delivered within the next 7 days on Wednesday they call and ask me if i can be able to go to morkels and settlement letter for my account that i have settled which i found as they maybe delaying the delivery process day so that i can say the still waiting for settlement letter Saturday 27 June i went back and ask them to refund me which they promise that on Tuesday money will be on my account i waited until Wednesday when i call on Wednesday they told me that anytime from now money will be on your account i waited now until Thursday when i call in the morning Phindi promise that money will be on the account by 12:00 and she said i sitting on her back and i have ask her to give me her had office number which she refuses and i called my bank to check for me if the money it maybe hanging on the site which they confirm that nothing
