Fail to treat my problem

I bought bedroom suit in 2017 for 57000 i report in 2018 about the damage of drawer they fail to collect until they collected this year may 2019 they keep it until July were they told warranty is over now they can't fixed it I must buy new one for 1000 each drawer bad service I got with joobus furniture in witbank my drawers still in store
