Stuck without transport for 2 Months!!

I have sent my scooter in just over two months ago for warranty claim on the engine. I had left it for two weeks before that and it was working fine. After the two weeks it would not start and I sent it in for repairs. The dealer was waiting for parts from head office and this has been two months now and I had to put myself deep into debt to get alternative transport as they wont even supply a loan bike from previous experiences. This is unacceptable and bad service!! I need to be compensated for my loss over the past two months. I have been lending a friends car in my time of need and this will eventually come to an end. Who takes more than two months to repair a scooter? if Under warranty they should have replaced it long ago as it has had issues from the first day I got it. Very Very bad service!! I do not recommend BIG BOY, Jonway, or Go Moto to anyone. In-fact I advise against it! Don't ever be tempted to buy their unreliable ****!
