poor service

On the 18/05/2015 I have taking my bike for his 9000 km tune up I did ask them to do a full service I did ask also them release front and back brakes just to find out that my brake 's feel sloppy so asked my boyfriend to set up my back brake to take better I use my backbrake more then other people my boyfriend have also take his bike also for brake and they have just fix the brakehandel and say that brake pads is still fine and they seem the brake pads he did ask they for new pad on the end of the when got his bike he need to tiden all the stuff if I need to brake fast behind a car what do if I can't brake in time and hit the car who is then responsible for the acsedent me or them even today 06/06/2015 when we have come form the mail I feel that I have don't have any brakes you are taken your bike to be fix and they cause more harm on the bike I feel that is no way to treat a client that is paying for service
