Pathetic service from Jonway

I bought a brand new Naked Ballistic 150cc scooter cash from Jonway (NS Motocycles) in Lindhaven, Roodepoort on the 3rd of November 2015. Since day one the clock (speed meter) on my scooter has not been working and therefore for the last 5 months I have no idea what speed I am driving. I have complained numerous times to Jonway. If I do not phone the dealer or order my own parts then I do not hear anything from Jonway. Every time my scooter is taken in for repair of the clock then I get my scooter back with a new clock that is also not working. This is what is been happening for the last 5 months. I lodged a complained about this on their website and all they rep**** was: \Good Day, The dealer says he has been trying to contact you, he has left messages for you that he has the part you are looking for and he is waiting for you to bring the bike in.\" Jonway never apologized for their poor service and just keeps on defending themselves. Diederik (the dealer) has NEVER PHONED ME OF LEFT ME ANY MESSAGES TO BRING MY SCOOTER IN FOR REPAIRS. ACCORDING TO DIEDERIK (THE DEALER) I SHOULD JUST ACCEPT MY SCOOTER LIKE THIS! "
