Pathetic service

My wife purchased a big boy revival 150 during the easter period this year 2016 after several phone calls and salesman at urban motorcycles in Port Elizabeth never getting back to us for the sale, we aventually after almost begging him, got the bike we were looking for. We had the cash for a cash deal and thought it was a good cheap mode of transport. So we bought it. The next issue was that we do not stay in Port Elizabeth, we stay between pe and East London, the sales man said that it's not an issue as his father owns the shop in east londen and the bike was at that branch, so we arrange for them to drop off at alexandria were we stay, instead of taking it past to port Elizabeth. Fine, all happy, but then the bike arrived with no papers, no helmet,so we couldn't register it on my wife's name, nor could we drive it. Due to the fact that we don't go through to port Elizabeth often the paper work was not picked up until two weeks later with no more attempt from dealer to get it to us. We had to make a special trip to port Elizabeth to pick up the paper work. This was at an inconvenience. I then went to licence the bike to find out that they had given me the wrong paperwork, and the paperwork I had was that of another bike that was already registered to Misterton coffee. to top this all off , we had to use the bike for my wife to get back and forth from work in this period, she had only driven 68km and the bike was cutting out at every stop, the front breaks stopped working, the light switch wasn't working. I called the guy we bought the bike from at urban motorcycles, to ask for refund, as a new bike with all these problems what am I to expect in future. It is now two months later my wife still doesn't have transport to work, they eventually came to pick up the bike but want to fix it and then we need to make a plan to now collect it, whilst My money Is in there account drawing interest were it could be in mine drawing interest. They say they need to follow procedures, but surely there process of refund can't take two months. I feel that there should be something in the consumer act that helps people in cases like this. And should not be strong armed by companies selling inferior products.
