NEW BIKE BOUGHT-

We bought a Big Boy Scooter (Yeti 170cc) on 22/1/2015 and we have had nothing but problems since we received it. The bike has been back every week with the same problem, namely the damage to keyway of clutch/ starter motor - eventually found out that the crank case is defective. The last time my son took the bike in was 20/2/2015 and still waiting for the bike to come back to him. The supplier Jonway supplies the dealership with wrong parts as well as second hand parts to fix the bike/. We requested our money back or new bike, but we get told its under warranty and have to give them a chance to fix it - how many times do they have to fix it - we paid R15 000 for this bike - its not cheap money. We bought the bike for our son so that he can go to University as its a far way to walk for him. He is walking to University at this present moment in the heat. This is unacceptable.I want my money back or new bike and I mean new bike .
