Jonway scooters don't last more than 4 years,

Hi,<br> I bought a second hand jonway almost new in July 2015, was in perfect condition. The bike was almost new. It was road worthied in September 2015. Then in November 2015 the bikes frame snapped from taking it off the main stand. My weight is not over 60kgs, they advertise the bike can hold more than my weight. The bike passed road worthy and a less than 2 months later the frame snapped in half. It's disgusting that jonway scooter's don't last more than 4 years and jonway refuses to help. The insurance refused to pay and said it's a jonway proplem. We have been fighting with the insurance for months and jonway for most of January, jonway won't help too. The head office will refuse to pay for it.
