Jonway/Big Boy/Go Moto - Bad Service Company

<p>Firstly I want to make it clear that I do not want anyone from Jonway/Big boy to contact me and try to resolve issues they cannot resolve and have not been able to resolve. I am purely writing this review for innocent consumers who thinks they are getting a bargain when buying a product from this company.</p> <p>I bought a Big Boy Mustang in the beginning of 2016.</p> <p>1. I immediately asked for a user manual and was told that they dont provide this anymore. I thought it strange and emailed Jonway, who then after months sent me 26 PDF pages that was scanned from somewhere... very unprofessional.</p> <p>2. After the first time I filled the bike up with petrol, the petrol ran out of the fuel cap. I went to the dealer who said they will get the rubber from Jonway to fix the issue. Months went by and Jonway still did not send a part. </p> <p>3. In the meantime my Fuel gage stopped working. I went to the dealer who said they are going to need a part to fix the issue. Weeks went by and Jonway still did not send anything to the Dealer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained my issues to someone who I think is the CEO of Jonway, but I am not sure about his position. He immediately responded and I was told my bikes parts are at the dealer along with the Manual. I took my bike to the dealer and after getting it back I realized they did not fix my fuel gage, but replaced a completely different part that was not at fault. The dealer then got the sensor for my fuel gage from Jonway. After going back and getting the part fixed I only realized that they had never fixed the fuel cap leak as promised, as they did not receive parts like this. I was also promised a Manual from Jonway which did not arrive at the dealer.</p> <p> </p> <p>My dealer called Jonway in front of me and the guy on the other end said that I am bored. Very very unprofessional service from these people. I would advise anyone who thinks of buying a product from this company to think again.</p> <p>Vuka S******s ended long ago in South Africa due to bad service and this company is surely going the same road.</p>
