Johway Motorcycles breach of Warrant

I purchased a new Jonway Mustang 250 at Johway KZN Motorcycles, Durban on the 22nd December 2015. On the 4th January 2016 at mileage of 39 km, I noticed the plastic panel feature covering on the top of the fuel tank was cracking, there were fine hairline cracks which I had noticed on the second day of receiving the bike, in particular an old worn out rusty ***** was replaced and maybe over tightened causing these fractures on the panel. I am still sceptical as to why a new bike had an old worn *****, something I am very curious about.<br> <br> I have sent over 10 emails and 12 telephonic calls from the 6th January 2016 to KZN Motorcycles to replace the panel and the fuel dial glass which was cracked I had was empty promises to say the least about after sales service of Johway South Africa and its KZN branch. <br> <br> As a professional person, I don't accept this kind of treatments, this is my 3rd Johway motorcycle, previous bikes I had AA road side assistance and no issues. Please advise your position to remedy the warrant problem, or I will seek legal assistance in terms of CPA, one would agree with me this has gone on
