Exhaust fell off 3 times

My daugter bought a brand new exhaust which Jonway in Westdene 1st ave attached for her, within a killometer the exhaust came loose. Upon calling Jonway we were greeted by Madelaine with a bad attitude and she had the ordasity to tell my daughter \jy praat ***""; after an hour in tghe cold they pitched up on a scrambler and a harley; when she asked hpw she was going to get to the workshop; they said on her scooter; eventhough they knew it was a hazzard driving with it as such; they tied it with a rope; my daughter got home that night 9pm; she is 17. Yet today again the exhaust came loose???? I would not recommend Jonway Motors to anyone; highly unprofessional and ****s;claim to have the best mechanic yet he does not know how to put on a new exhaust????? """
