Excelent service with a smile

On Friday 18 Spetember @ 16:35 I rushed into Johnway in durban central. The staff was packing up and I realized the store is closing. Then sudenly I heard a friendly voice asking me if she can help me.<br> <br> As I have been to this store before I knew I had to ask for Mike the best parts sales person but I was told that he is not in.<br> <br> Yet with full confidence Wilna told me that she will do her best to help me quick.<br> <br> As I don't have a known brand motorcycle my parts had to be matched up.<br> <br> I took atleast 30min to decide which indicators I want and not once did she tell he to hurry up or sorry we are ?CLOSED ?<br> She showed me everything that could possibily fit on my bike and the whole time with a big smile.<br> <br> Even tho they were ?CLOSED ? and ended up being alone in the shop she made sure I left happy.<br> <br> I wish all motorcycle shop managers and owners could be like her, treating the customer as king and not looking down on a female who is looking for spares.<br> We ended up leaving around an hour after the shop ?CLOSED ?.<br> <br> Thank you sooo much Wilna! I really appreciate it.<br> You will defnitly see me in your store again.
