We bought a scooter for our daughter in December 2014 from Jonway Motorcycles KZN in Prince Albert street in Durban. Even though we live in the Freestate, they brought it all the way for us. Three months later the battery died. We bought a new battery and it lasted only 2 days. We took the scooter to the agents in Heidelberg. After numerous calls to the Heidelberg agent a part and the battery were replaced at a cost of over R900.00 to us. After getting the scooter back, the battery lasted 2 days. We called the Heidelberg agent and all he said was \It worked fine when it was in the shop". No help offered and a no care attitude. We called Jonway Motorcycles KZN and they told us to send the scooter to them. They determined the correct cause of the problem and repaired the scooter and replaced the battery at no cost to us. They kept us up to date with the progress the whole time. Excellent service and wonderful people!!!"""
