AT A LOSS FOR WORDS ?????

Took my bike in 3 weeks ago to Big Boy Bikes Pinetown, to have a cracked gearbox housing attended to under warranty. After 10 DAYS I queried the progress, to find out the spares had not yet even been ordered.<br> <br> Warren from Jonway Head Office warranty division, assured me that the spares had left JHB on Mon 23 March 2014. Phoned Big Boy Pinetown on Thursday & was told Bike would be ready on Friday 27 March. <br> <br> Phoned to collect bike on Friday was told it would only be ready following Mon or Tues. Phoned again Tues & was told bike is almost ready will be finished on Wednesday. Called in to the Workshop on Wednesday only to find that after 3 weeks no one has even touched the bike & I'm now informed that, the spares haven't even arrived ??? <br> <br> I'm completely speechless as to HOW MANY LIES a customer is expected to take. I have never experienced something so bizarre in all my life !!! THE NEXT CALL I GET BACK FROM ANYONE WILL BE THE VERY 1ST.
