Absolutely Disappointed!

Absolutely DISAPPOINTED !

I recently purchased two Big Boy scooters with the EXPECTATION for a reliable and safe ride. Unfortunately, my experiences has been far from satisfactory.

Whilst driving my bike last week Sunday the front brakes suddenly failed while driving at a speed of 70km, putting my life at significant risk. Besides the obvious fact that I could’ve been seriously injured, the bike is still well within warranty and has only driven a total of 440km which is very concerning and has me questioning how reliable these scooters really are.
