Useless after sales

Terrible after sales service, my company is a loyal supporter of their products, but as of late, Esmaralda and Thumeka at the Port Elizabeth branch is so rude to the customers that I will never set foot their again and all in my industry will know about this.

I recently bought a hoody and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size or get a refund as I can not use it.

I was told that they are not allowed to exchange or refund me and that their is nothing they can do for me.
