This company is an absolute disgrace!

We placed two separate orders, three days apart. Both times, items were missing from the delivery. They take payment for the full order, but you never hear back from them. After following up multiple times, they eventually confirm they’ll ship the missing items — and then nothing happens again.

I finally managed to speak to Taz, a manager, who confirmed that this is their standard practice: they don’t send out backorders unless you call or follow up. This is unacceptable.

At the very least, the website should indicate when an item is out of stock. Otherwise, they should automatically send it as soon as it becomes available again. I find it disgraceful that this kind of practice is even allowed.
