TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am extremely appalled with the service I received at your Bloemfontein College Square branch.

After making full payment, I was assured that our company logo embroidery would be completed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, when I travelled nearly two hours to the store to collect, I was informed that the logo had not even been digitised.

Some staff member admitted that they had forgotten to keep me updated. This is unacceptable. A customer should not be the one chasing updates or discovering delays only upon arrival.

What is even more frustrating is that I am the one who had to follow-up again today. You seriously need to do better!
