sir i bought safety shoes from jonsson work wear in koeberg for my staff in a small take away shop, the shoes were bought in march 2019, by ocktober the girls started to complain about the shoes. and the complain was that its breaking and pealing in the front. i took the shoes back to them and they told me the rep of rebel safety wear will get in contact with me. the answer to the problem is as followes. Please note that our returns policy is attached. This shoe is guaranteed for 4 months (fair wear and tear applies). Due to the nature of this fabric (the outer is an action leather), It is classified as a light industrial work shoe and not guaranteed after a certain period. www.rebelsafetygear.com i was not happy with the answer as this was not explained by the staff of jonsson work ear, and if its not what they are saying why are the selling these shoes as work wear, i can find many answers and critisize the whole situation, but please poeple in future make sure what you are buying.
