Quality Issues at Jonssons Workwear

What is happening to Jonssons Workwear quality? Last year I bought a pair of work shoes at around R 1000. They seemed like a good quality. I work from home and in a retail store, no outdoor / ruggard use, yet the shoes split almost all around the soles withing 5 months. Very dissapointing to say the least.
