Online shopping

We placed an order with Jonsson Workwear via their online service on 9 June, having received no tracking number we email them on 13 June to be told that the order takes 3-5 working days. I phoned this morning to find out that the order still have not been processed. I spoke to a very pleasant lady who has assured me that this matter will be sorted out and we will receive the items within 3-5 days. By this stage it will may be too late for the items to be used for what we ordered them for, and we ordered in good time! Jonsson Workwear you need to sort your online department out.
