Jonsson Workwear Durban - Service is shocking

on the 15th June I ordered and paid for 5 x zip up jackets and organized that they be embroidered with 2 x logos a a few words. I was told that all was in order. a week later I had zero feedback so tried to call to sort it out. It took ages to locate everything, but eventually it was sorted. I eventually got samples and gave the go ahead. Today again I follow up to find out what's going on. Again no one knows where, what, why. Clearly Jonsson must be coining the business as their service is shocking in every way possible. Why spend all that money on a top retail facility when service is shocking !!!!!
