INACCURATE SIZES

Our firm ordered us uniforms, only to find that the sizes are inaccurate. My Golfer is labelled small, but it is big. The embroidery was terrible as well. The sent a rep, but he didn't help with anything. I recently found out from my colleague that he has the same issue. He ordered 3 medium golfers, and 2 of them are bigger than the other one. When I asked the rep if they can't adjust my golfers, he said it is against company policy. I had to spend my own money for a tailor to fix it.
