horrible Service

anyone i have dealt with from that Bridget, Motshabi and now Khensani shows to be unreliable and lack customer service.

Bridget-made a quote since July 2020 till today i have not heard any progress from her, had to ask another person to take over and he was so polite and prompt Motshabi will send you emails to cancel a fitting at 10pm in the evening while people are waiting for such in the morning, very unprofessional and lacks remorse as if i am her friend and not a client, then Khensani brings the fitting with such a cold demeanor, unfriendly, he made us all feel uncomfortable, was in a rush and gave comments without any understanding of the communication before he brought the clothing. i went for Johnsons again because of the great service i once received from Greenstone, i thought all of them work the same but i was wrong
