Great experience

An excellent customer experience. I went Jonsson to exchange some clothing items. I braced myself, expecting the usual '20 questions' and red tape you normally experience at most clothing chains. BUT was I wrong. I was assisted by friendly staff from the get go and the exchange was concluded in minutes. The CHERRY on the cake was the unexpected complimentary takeaway Cappuccino(with biscuits). Please support this team. Jonsson Workwear group can be proud of this young and efficient team
