Brilliant Service, Family like staff team, and willingness to help at every point

The PMB Branch was an absolutely AMAZING Experience! I went in to look for someone to do embroidery for a custom gift. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to go the extra step to help out or make adjustments to the design, and when I went to pick up, I was BLOWN AWAY by the staff team wanting to come see and the friendliness of everyone.

And the gifts, The quality of the jackets is top notch and the embroidery is so beautifully done, I am highly impressed (and so is my boyfriend)

By far one of the best experiences I have had while shopping for gifts!
