Appalling Service

I walked into the store with 4 guys to buy winter clothing. We proceeded to pick items to the value of around R10k and wanted to pay via EFT...after having to repeatedly tell the person assisting me that I need an invoice and not a quote.

Eventually the invoice gets emailed to our accountant who proceeds to pay via EFT. The money did not clear instantly so we had to wait...and the staff promised that my stock will be safe. this was just before the weekend. When we returned the next Monday to collect but more than half of our stock had been sold????

This is our 3rd order from this franchise, our first two orders where from Edenvale. Adding injury to the insult, their system is incapable of using the same data and I had to re register our company so that they can allocate my AFT to place my order and release my stock that has now been sold to other people.

It is now almost a week later... We are still waiting for our stock or ANY feedback.
