Paid up letter

I have been paying my DUT fees with jonker attorney inc,I sent them all my POP for full payments and I was told that I will get a paid up letter after 2days ,payment was made on Monday morning using the same Bank and today is Friday and I have sent messages and emails ,but no one is willing to assist with a paid up letter.I really don't know what to do now.
