Rude staff and Money ******

I arrived late for my SPA treatment when i called to advise no one told me I would have to loose two treatments due to time, the session I booked was for two however I was alone and was advise I would not get a refund due to late cancellation, which I understood, I then asked if the second the****** I had booked could work injunction my mine so I could get two treatments at the same time, a staff member called Palesa blatantly refused to try help me find a solution. After I spoke to the manager she was instructed to follow my suggestion, I had to sit and listen to her rant to her manager on the phone shouting and asking who was meant to do this! after which I was asked to change so we could start our treatments, when we started with the nails she deliberately took her time to waste the little time I had. Once my nails where cleared of nail polished and massaged she did not perform the rest of the manicure, e.g. clearing cuticles, etc. she went straight to the color when I told her she missed a step , she rolled her eyes and sighed at me, then she pushed the cuticles back, when I asked her to remove then she got up and refused to work on me which I agreed with as tis stage as she was down right rude. Violet finished off the manicure and pedicure both with no base coat or top coat and one layer of color. Whilst I was getting my full body massage someone wen to my hand bag and stole R110.00 from my bag. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!
