Greedy Anesthetist Company in Pietermaritzburg

Been through a procedure with my Sergeon 08th Jan 2024. As I was admitted in hospital it was said that I had had a consult with the specialist anesthetist: Dr Jones Bhagwaan & Partners but the representative merely greeted me and that was it...no mentioning rates 4x medical aid rates. They make you sign something concealed with their rates which I am still awaiting correspondence from this company which they have promised to send on the 22nd March 2024...yet to be received.

So my medical aid only covered 100% of the industry rates thereafter I am left to fit the bill. I have advised Dr Jones Bhagwaan & Partners of my situation being unemployed from 06th December 2024 and I am looking for at least a discount for my account requested from there accounts department staff and even attempted their manager who on request did not return my call nor respond to 2 emails in question. I have been denied 3 times pleading for these above points. I had explained my sensitive story to:....they wanted my 3 months bank statement and I am going through a personal situation with they want to see a court order as proof, these are personal circumstances which I advised them yet they want proof and further invade my privacy.

I will.never use them ever again, absolutely never! Greedy company where you can see Business before Healthcare!!!
