“Handled With Care, Even When Life Hurts”
In mid-September, I found myself in a very difficult place, desperately searching for a Private Investigator to help me with an infidelity case. After doing a lot of research, I came across ISS Investigations. I was impressed with the work they had done, so I decided to reach out to Rodney for assistance. From the very first day, I felt comfortable opening up to him about my painful story. Even though I was devastated, Rodney handled everything with patience and understanding. He guided me through the process step by step, and when I discovered some painful truths, I admit I drove him a little crazy with my endless questions and demands for evidence. Yet, through it all, he remained calm, reassuring me that I would get what I needed. I haven’t received everything yet, but I still have faith in the process. Reading other reviews made me realize how quick we can be to judge investigators, forgetting that they are people too—families who face their own hardships, yet still get up every day to fight for justice on our behalf. Even when I lashed out in frustration about the delays, Rodney never treated me badly. His professionalism and kindness never wavered. 100% happy with service, although feedback and communication was slow.
As I read through the Reviews the following came to my mind. Yes, sometimes they are a bit slow on feedback and to keep us as clients updated. But I don't regret making use of their service and products. At least I got what I paid for. So from my experience yes, I will make use of them over and over again.

Izak Steenkamp made use of my services to provide him with his supplier's supplier details. Name of the factory as well as the printers. I was supposed to install a mobile GPS Tracker on Mr Jaco Venters Vehicle a White x3 BMW. The 1st day the target vehicle was no where to be found. The second time as well. We then followed Mr. Venter and got hold of all relevant information. Unfortunately we did not share any information with Mr. Steenkamp after he became very aggressive towards us for the information. And that actually gave us a second thought to firstly look into this matter.
