Failure to deliver once course fees paid

21st May 2015 - we booked an paid for a WordPress course through Johnathan Andrews Academy. This was for the enrolment of Part Time classes stating 10 June 2015. Confirmation was received 22nd May.<br> <br> Then on 8th June get an e-mail stating \Please note the following: Pierre has had to take emergency leave from the Academy and thereby your classes are affected. - Your scheduled classes for Graphic Design for this week are regretfully postponed until further notice. We shall have the amended schedule in place by the end of this week and will notify you accordingly.<br> <br> On the 17th June the following e-mail was received "Due to unforseen circumstances Pierre will not be able to complete the Website Development Course.His portfolio is being re-assigned and classes will resume during the first week of July\"".<br> On the 27th June a \""new\"" schedule was released for August.
