pay in advance but no delivery!

About 3 weeks back, I ordered layer hens from Jomar Poultry in Mpimalanga, Witrivier Their address is non-existent!) Since I seen that they were registered with SA Poultry Association (another lie!), I felt safe to deal with them and submit payment. On the first attempt at delivery, the courier company ********** sends me an email that because of temperature drop, they going to use special thermal van so I must pay a deposit of R3 000.00 which the driver will refund me on delivery! I found this strange! Nonetheless, the gentleman from Jomar Mr Denzel, said that they will send with their own truck on Saturday (over New Year weekend). By Monday nothing! When I queried, Denzel says the driver sold the chickens in Phalaborwa and skipped the country! Then, he said he will bring them down himself; still coming! I demanded my money back and they giving me all sorts of stories; bad staff, accountant handling, an audit, cannot transfer above a daily limit, etc! They supposed to have paid me out by today; I am waiting! They switch the phone off when I phone! SAPA said that they had telephonic complaints about this company; same story! I am now opening a case of ***** and misrepresentation.
