Terrible Service

Firstly I tryd calling the store over 10 times only to get cut of every time called. Secondly they prices are ridiculous high but I accepted because we always use them for our annual braai. Thirdly I placed a order Monday at 3pm to be picked up. The lady who took my order Insists that I placed a order for today. Stating that they have they calls recorded. I was on the verge of telling her to f off but as I'm fasting I kept my cool. I told her you fasting, don't speak lies. I insisted that I want to speak to manager because she refused at first. The manager was very calm about it, I explained to her what occurred but I was still ****ed off about it. I canceled my order for Monday as I'm not interested anymore. Will buy from professional people, not incompetence.
