Raw Braaied Meat

i went to the jolly Meats store yesterday and I ordered a few meat products to be braaied at jolly meats. when I got home and began to eat all of the meat that was braaied was raw. I was so disappointed with jolly meats. There was an indian lady that was braaing the meat yesterday. We hindus have started our fasting now and we cannot eat meat for the next two weeks. I spent around R400 there yesterday and I was not satisfied that I had to pay for raw braaied meat. I want jolly meats to look into this as this is terrible service
