Pathetic Customer Experience from staff and manager!

I went to the store on a Sunday. I can understand that it would be busy due to it being a month end weekend however I did not expect the pathetic customer experience I received.

I waited my turn to be served. The counter assistant ignored that I waited and when I kept telling her I'm in the queue, the more she continued to be ******** towards what I was saying. She continued to help people of her own race. I even called the manager but the only thing he was worried about was the "braai area". I told him my concerns but he wasn't even the slightest bit bothered. He displayed no customer empathy or acknowledgement to what I said. He was just as rude, arrogant and bitter towards me yet I approached him respectfully. I expressed how disgusted I was, yet he came across like it was no surprise at all. There is no order in that place whatsoever. It will definitely be the last time I support that business and will definitely not recommend them. The manager fails to realise that customers will only tolerate a certain amount of disrespect, after a while customers will opt for better customer experience. Competition is tight, act properly or prepare to be out of business. Alot of customers had the same sentiments and are aware of the behaviour shown today.
