Pathetic Service and Unhygenic

<p>Visited the Springfield store on Monday evening . Terrible service. Food took 30mins to arrive . Staff preparing and handling food barehanded. actually saw the staff at the back pressing down on sandwiches and burgers with the palm of their hands. Totally unhygienic. Complained to amith who just stared at me . They were messing up orders and were totally unfriendly. We frequent this store and service levels, proper price advertising and general cleanliness are decreasing rapidly</p>
